Add a Building Follow

This article describes how to add a building to your Meridian location. It also describes how to delete a building.

Buildings Overiew

In the Meridian Editor, collections of floors are organized in buildings that correspond to buildings in the real world.

Before you can add floors to your location, you’ll need to add a building to contain those floors.

Add a Building

Complete these steps to add a new building.

1. In the sidebar menu, click Floors.
2. Click the Buildings tab.
3. Click Add + to add a new building.
4. In the NAME field, enter a meaningful building name.
5. Click Save.
6. Click < Buildings to go back to the Buildings list.

Delete a Building

Complete these steps to delete a building.

1. In the sidebar menu, click Floors.
2. Click the Buildings tab.
3. Click the name of a building you’d like to delete.
4. Click Delete. Please note: If you delete a building, all the floors will be deleted too.
5. In the delete confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
